What is TBR?

TBR builds on the brain-based strategies introduced by Sharon Bowman and expands them with new insights and applications for today’s classrooms and training rooms.

You’ll experience and apply six brain-based learning principles rooted in cognitive science and learn how to use the 4Cs Template, an easy structure that helps you plan powerful, interactive lessons in less time.

Mohsin Shahzad is the first Pakistani to introduce brain-based, internationally recognized training across Pakistan and the Middle East. With over 22 years of experience in the software industry, he specializes in designing and delivering experiential, learner-centered programs using Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR).
He is the Founder of Agile Beams and Pakistan Agile Education, and previously served as a Director at Afiniti.

Is this an International Certification?

This is a globally recognized international certification. It is being introduced for the first time in Pakistan and selected Middle Eastern countries, offering participants a unique opportunity to earn an internationally respected credential locally.

Do You Offer Virtual Sessions?

Not Yet!
At this time, our sessions are primarily delivered in person. Given the highly interactive and experiential nature of our training, we believe face-to-face learning provides the highest value, enabling deeper engagement, stronger collaboration, and a psychologically safe environment for participants.

While a virtual version of the program is available, our current focus is on delivering an in-person experience that maximizes learning impact and peer interaction.

Can You Offer In-House Sessions?

Yes!
We offer private and in-house training sessions for organizations, delivered either at your premises or at a pre-booked event venue.
For private group sessions, a minimum of 8 participants is required. Group discounts are available based on cohort size.
